Here is a link to a tutorial I posted for a lady who wanted to draw sewing patterns using Inkscape. She has previously drawn patterns by hand and wants them to look more professional. In the tutorial I showed her how to import a file and trace over it with lines and curves. My intent was to provide instructions for a person not familiar with any drawing program, so it is very, very basic. As always, I am happy for any comments. It is difficult to know how much information is enough (or too much) in a tutorial like this.
