Hi, Everyone.
Happy New Year! I hope your Christmas and New Year celebrations were wonderful.
I need help, please. I found instructions for a tealight box card online and drew the pattern in Ink. I saved it in my docs as a .svg This morning when I opened it, the sizes had all changed. ??? What have I done wrong? :?
TIA

Very Strange.
Help, other members. Has anyone else had this problem?

I imagine this is not the problem, but is it just zoomed in or out and looks different?

Did it change sizes both directions? Is anything else about the file different?

In the meantime you should be able to select the entire file and resize.
I would like to know how and why it changed.

This isn't the only file that this has happened to. I tried opening the tealight card file in SCAL and the sizes were also different there. I did cut one card after I drew the file, and it was fine. I think you're right, Carolyn about being zoomed in, except the aperture in the card comes up as two inches wide instead of 1 inch, even after I zoom out. I'm guessing that it is operator error (no surprise there  ) but what the heck am I doing wrong?

Does the problem happen when you open Inkscape or when the file is taken into SCAL? Maybe Susan or Heather can help a bit more as I do not use SCAL.
It doesn't sound like a zoom issue and I am not sure what is happening. If you don't get any suggestions from other members I will delve more into the problem tomorrow when I am a bit more awake.

It has happened in both places. I'm now convinced that it is only a matter of operator error, and I'm busy re-doing it. Thanks, Carolyn.
