BOX MAKER extension

Friday I found this great Boxmaker extension for the inkscape  and this is  a quick lesson on
how to download and install and take to make a fun foam box

IT is such a fun toy  the things you can do with it is endless I LOVE INKSCAPE

Thanks Susan, I was wondering what I could learn today and this is my choice.  I'll be back if I have questions.  Your tutorial looks easy enough that even I should be able to do it!

Your boxes and robot look great.
 
I actually saw this extension last year ( http://www.inkscapeforum.com/viewtopic. ... ker#p43317 ) and thought it was only suitable for laser projects. Thanks for thinking outside the box and showing it can be used for projects on our cutters. I have a mountain of fun foam but can never find a use for it. I think I will have to do the same as you and make a few boxes.

Did you use the path effect - gears to create the gears on the Robot?

the gears in his tummy is ones i made using the gears effect . Use that heaps over the years

I have it installed but is giving me an error and no box, so will have a go at it again.
