Inkscape/ Circut/ Pepakura/ Cosplay
« on: June 07, 2015, 09:40:39 PM »
I have a long background in graphic arts. I used to do Adobe Postscript by hand until Illustrator showed up in 1988. It helped that I knew programming from my first home computer, Radio Shack.

Now, many careers later, I'still find I use graphics. In the last month I got a Circut Explore Air. Nearly every day I'm cranking out project, today's focus was on creative box designs.

I've also been active in cosplay (wearing costumes). Once I crafted a movie style Batman costume in rubber. More recently I've done the spandex characters. Now I want to do more with the paper arm our aka Pepakura.

At the moment I'll continue to explore my new options, but my main goal is get a solution that will cut out the paper pieces for amour based on a 3D file.
