Hi there.

I don't know what software (ie XP or Vista) you are using but I have a feeling you need to find your Printer Folder and open it.  Look for the CraftRobo and open it, then delete any pending print jobs.

Rae,
I don't know as much as some about this stuff.... but it seems I've had trouble with not having the correct cutline color.  Go into cutline settings and make sure the cutline color that is checked is correct.

Hi Rae,

As  Laurianne says I would certainly check you have selected the right colour for your outline colour.

If that does not work would you confirm which version of RM you are using please and which software are you cutting from? As it is now possible to cut from Inkscape as well as RM, the reason you are having trouble may be different.

Also, you say your carrier "goes in 3 times".   It is easy to stop that happening by unticking the Enhance Tracking box on the cutting screen.  See Photo.

If you have cleared the print memory my first step would then to be unplug your machine again from the mains for 20 seconds. You would be surprised at how many 'cures' happen after doing this.   If that fails and we know which design software you are using we may be able to suggest further options.  If you have not already done so, it might be a good idea if you are using RM to have a look at the manual from the Help option on the top tool bar.  Certainly check your cutline settings and make sure if your are using Inkscape that you have selected the appropriate colour.

Rae,
Please don't feel bad.  That's what's so nice about the forum.  Often there is a simple fix that someone else has figured out by making the same mistake.
